What is the product specification?

Our products are supplied as an off-white lyophilized powder in sterile vials. Each vial contains the specified amount and stated purity. The product is stable at room temperature for shipping and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once constituted they should be stored in a fridge.

What is your shipping policy?

All products are shipped via Royal Mail with next day delivery but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed. We ship to the UK and NI only.

What are the difference between the 10/20/30mg Retatrutide vials?

They are the same product with identical strength and purity. The higher options simply provide double/triple the amount of product compared to the 10mg option.

Do you offer refunds if the product is open or used?

No. We do not offer refunds if a product has been opened on used. All sales are final in line with our Terms and Conditions. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send out a replacement. If the product is delivered and proof shown by Royal Mail, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement if the parcel then goes missing.
